HYDER Industries Acquires Majority Ownership in Website Marketing and Video Company

Colfax, Wisconsin-based Company will move to Two Rivers, Wisconsin, bringing new jobs to area

HYDER Industries, Inc . announced today the purchase of a majority ownership in SitePro Technologies, LLC, a website marketing and video company, and will relocate the company's corporate office, website development, and marketing operations to HYDER's corporate headquarters in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. HYDER's CEO, Christopher Hytry Derrington, will also serve as SitePro's CEO; and Michael Phillips, who started SitePro in 1996, and will remain with the company as the vice president of Business Development.

Hytry Derrington, who is also the CEO of rural outsourcing company Rural America OnShore Outsourcing in Two Rivers, said he expects to relocate or hire four to 12 people in IT development, video, and sales positions in 2012. Many SitePro workers will have the opportunity for the same flexible or work-from-home schedules that is a trademark of Hytry Derrington's companies. SitePro's Colfax office will remain operational to provide video services and outside sales support to the western Wisconsin, eastern Minnesota, and Minneapolis markets.

"For 15 years SitePro has produced quality websites, offered high-end video production/editing services, and other internet marketing services for a loyal customer base," said Hytry Derrington. "I look forward to growing its reach nationwide and strengthening its service offerings in an increasingly competitive market. I'm especially excited about the opportunity to provide a wide range of video outsourcing services by utilizing the onshoring cost advantage of rural USA labor."

According to Hytry Derrington, SitePro.com and SitePro Video will be perfect sister companies to Rural America OnShore, which just relocated its marketing division to Two Rivers from Cincinnati, Ohio. "This is our first acquisition, but not our last, as we are seeking additional companies nationwide that fit with our long term strategic plan of using qualified rural professionals to make sure that outsourced jobs stay here in the United States," Hytry Derrington added.
