GolfAhoy Golf Cruises Resumes Hawaii Golf Travel Operations Following Recent Storms

GolfAhoy Golf Cruises is once again welcoming golfers to Hawaii as the Islands move forward following a challenging series of tropical storms and hurricanes that affected communities across the state.

With visitor operations largely returning to normal across most of Hawaii, GolfAhoy is continuing to operate and plan its signature Hawaii golf cruise vacations, combining luxury accommodations, inter-island cruising and championship golf at some of the most spectacular courses in the Pacific.

The recent weather events-including Tropical Storm Lala and Hurricane Lowell-created significant challenges for several Hawaiian communities. GolfAhoy recognizes that recovery remains ongoing in certain areas, particularly on Kauai, and encourages travelers to respect local advisories and confirm current operating conditions with individual hotels, golf courses and transportation providers.

For golfers traveling to Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Hawaii "Big" Island and other areas where visitor services have resumed, however, the message is clear: Hawaii is open, and the golf is calling.

"GolfAhoy has always believed that travel is about more than simply visiting a destination-it is about supporting the people, businesses and communities that make that destination special," said Anthony Webber, Founder of GolfAhoy Golf Cruises. "Hawaii has experienced some difficult weather, but the spirit of Aloha remains strong. We are pleased to continue bringing golfers to the Islands and supporting Hawaii's tourism and golf communities as they recover."

GolfAhoy's Hawaii golf cruise program pairs a seven-day Norwegian Cruise Line Pride of America sailing with optional luxury hotel stays and rounds at premier Hawaii golf courses. Depending on the itinerary, golfers can experience courses such as Turtle Bay, Ko Olina, Wailea, Mauna Kea, Poipu Bay and the Hōkūala Ocean Course.

The concept provides golfers with an unusually convenient way to experience multiple Hawaiian Islands without repeatedly packing, unpacking and changing hotels. Golfers can wake up in a new destination while their accommodations travel with them, while GolfAhoy coordinates golf, transportation and cruise arrangements.

Hawaii remains one of the world's premier golf destinations, with more than 70 golf courses offering dramatic ocean views, volcanic landscapes and tropical surroundings. A new statewide Play Hawaiʻi Golf initiative launched this summer is also bringing leading golf facilities together to promote Hawaii as a premier international golf destination while supporting local communities and junior golf.

GolfAhoy is currently accepting inquiries and reservations for its 9-Day Hawaii Islands Golfing Cruise in a Balcony Cabin aboard NCL Pride of America, offering golfers an exceptional opportunity to experience Hawaii's spectacular islands while enjoying championship golf and the convenience of a premium cruise vacation including its October 2027 Coachella Desert Valley Invitational Hawaii Golf Cruise, created in partnership with the Coachella Desert Valley Golfers Travel Club and supporting the So Cal Firefighters Golf Association.

As Hawaii continues its recovery, GolfAhoy invites golfers to return-not simply as vacationers, but as guests supporting the Islands' hotels, restaurants, golf courses, transportation companies and tourism professionals.

The storms may have passed. The spirit of Aloha endures. And GolfAhoy is ready to get golfers back on the fairways of paradise.
