Free Medical Camps All Across Mumbai by Ayurvedic Village

Looking to propagate the awareness of the benefits of Ayurveda among the masses, Ayurvedic Village has been organizing free medical camps across the city. In the month of May, the centre held a camp at Marine Drive, Mumbai, where they urged the public to get their blood pressure and sugar levels checked for free. Their team of expert doctors too were present too suggest any Ayurvedic treatments if needed. They also resolved many queries of the people regarding their ailments and how Ayurveda is beneficial for it.
On June 11 2015, Ayurvedic Village held a seminar for elderly patrons and medical professionals in Ayurveda at Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai. The motive behind the event was to enhance conversation around geriatric care and spread awareness about it. The event provided a platform for many elderly patrons to interact one-on-one with health practitioners. The experts imparted knowledge about how Ayurveda is helpful for disorders affecting older adults.
Later, on 4 and 5 July 2015, to spread information about health care in monsoon, Ayurvedic Village organized a medical camp at our Sanpada centre in Navi Mumbai. Along with expert doctors, chief physician too was available for any queries of the people who attended the event. They distributed free monsoon food kit which including Karkidaka Kanji which is quite popular in Kerala to all.
In upcoming series of similar events, next on their list is a free medical camp at our residential centre in Morbhe, Panvel. The goal is to create awareness about Ayurvedic treatments and promoting holistic and balanced life through healthy habits and lifestyle. This free medical camp is a follow up of various awareness programmes. At the camp, a few eminent Ayurvedic doctors will offer free consultation and free diagnostic tests such as blood sugar test and blood pressure checkup.
