Caldic Completes Acquisition of UK Chemical Distributor Omnichem

Caldic's last takeover was concluded last month, with the continued acquisition geared at further expanding its businesses. Caldic's main area of business is in the distribution of chemicals, supporting a wide range of markets thus with this acquisition, the Dutch firm is simply reinforcing its growth as a distributor, said Olav. Caldic's existing operations are mainly targeted at solvents, specialty chemicals and food ingredients.
