AMGA 2011 Annual Conference Schedule - Physician Retention Survey Findings To Be Released
Online, April 14, 2011 (Newswire.com) - "Today's medical groups cannot control demographic and economic trends. But they can "bend" these trends to their advantage through a proactive approach to recruitment and retention," says Lori Schutte, President of Cejka Search.
Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and health care executive search organization, and the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) will present its findings of the 2010 Physician Retention Survey at the American Medical Group Association's 2011 Annual Conference being held in National Harbor, Maryland, on Saturday, April 16.
A summary of the findings will be presented by Ms. Schutte, alongside Dr. Gregory Stovall, M.D., Medical Affairs and Director of Organization Development at Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics. The summary presentation will include an interactive program that will assist medical group practices in targeting the physicians they want to hire; at the same time, providing valuable techniques on how to generate quantifiable returns on retaining physicians throughout their career cycle.
