The new sessions are aimed at giving its clients a richer, more holistic fitness experience. The provide participants with a range of exercises, stretchings and workouts focused on specific parts of the body. The new sessions is called the "Work Out Of The Day (W.O.D)" and "Crankit Fitness".

According to sources at Suncoast Fitness Health Club, the two new sessions are aimed adding a fresh dimension to its clients' fitness trainings. Each session is targeted at a specific group of people, and has specific predetermined benefits. Taken together, they not only provide an all round health and fitness experience; they also give people the ability to select the one which is best for them.

The W.O.D is a 60 minute fitness session which is targeted at people of all ages, genders, body shapes, and fitness levels. The session focuses on strength, endurance and flexibility. The session employs a number of equipment such as medicine ball, strength bags, suspension cables and kettlebells. The goal of each session is to offer challenge, dynamism and fun. At the end of each session, each participant is sweating, gasping for breath, elated and feeling great. The W.O.D is carried out 5 times a day in early morning, mid-morning and evening sessions. Crankit Fitness is a 45 minute workout aimed at people who want to build muscular endurance. It employs hundreds of exercises to challenge, stretch and push the body to its greatest limits. Each participant is pushed to the highest limits of endurance. The end result is a total body work out which builds a rock-solid core. At the end of each session, each participant is amazed at the new heights they have achieved. The session largely focuses on leveraging body weight to give the body a full workout. Each session takes a maximum of 8 participants.

The two new sessions are carried out in the state-of-the-art H.I.T Room at the Junior Maroochydore Rugby League Club. The equipments used are the same ones which are used by professional athletes for their fitness training. Each session is led by Suncoast Fitness Health Club's serious, experienced and friendly staff. The aim is to give each participant the maximum benefit from each session.

Suncoast Fitness Health Club strives to give its members a conducive and user-friendly fitness experience. One of its main offerings is the Suncoast Fitness Creche. This is a child-care center dedicated to looking after children as their parents take their sessions.
