South Florida "Green" Firms Form Strategic Alliance

Team Plan, Inc. (TPI), a land planning, landscape architecture, and sustainable urban design firm, and Sustainable Performance Solutions, LLC (SPS), an energy and building systems consulting firm, have formed "Energy2Assets".

Team Plan, Inc. (TPI), a North Palm Beach-based leader in land
planning, landscape architecture, and sustainable urban design, and Sustainable Performance Solutions, LLC (SPS), a Fort Lauderdale-based energy and building systems consulting firm,
have formed a strategic alliance that offers cost-saving energy solutions for commercial, industrial, institutional, and government buildings. The partnership will operate under the name "Energy2Assets". According to Bill Whiteford, certified land planner, LEED AP, and a principal at TPI, Energy2Assets will "provide a single-source solution for a wide range of clients. Our primary focus is to convert lost revenue into positive cash flow for existing buildings by ensuring
that utility costs are minimized to the maximum extent possible."

According to Larry Clark, Certified Energy Auditor, LEED AP, and a principal at SPS, the alliance was formed because of the demand for an easily identifiable clearinghouse for energy
and cost savings. According to Clark, "Energy2Assets is not an ESCO (energy service company). We do not represent a utility, provide utility services, or require clients to purchase
equipment from specific vendors. We are an independent energy saving company, brand agnostic, and we base our recommendations on findings from professionally prepared audits that exceed industry standards, not a punch list."

The services provided by Energy2Assets include baseline carbon and greenhouse gas inventories; energy benchmarking; energy audits (Levels I, II and III); return on investment/costbenefit
analyses; LEED project management; applications for grants and rebates; identification of financing opportunities; and ongoing energy systems monitoring.
