Removing Financial Hurdles For Start Ups And Growing Businesses

The FSB 'Voice of Small Business' Index has just been published and the findings suggest businesses are still finding it tough across the UK with the exception of London.

The quarterly report has been created from the views of small firms from the FSB survey panel. The report is produced by the centre for economic and business research. It provides a snapshot of the UK economy as seen by the small business owner, and is a real insight in to their concerns and the difficulties they face.

The current findings also suggest that many small businesses are finding expansion a financial challenge even though they make up the biggest opportunity for the economy to start growing.

Business Environment the award winning serviced office operator that's one of The Sunday Times Best Small Companies To Work For, has put an offer together to support the growth of small and medium sized businesses. The main stumbling block to setting up and expansion are often the set up costs. So Business Environment has removed these costs and the need for a deposit for an office at locations across the UK.

The business has won many awards for customer service and are so confident that new clients will like their service they have announced an offer of 10% off for the first 3 months on any office and allow businesses to walk away after 3 months if they don't like the service. Business Environment have recently published their Service Excellence Guarantee that sets out what customers can expect including the smile on reception.

Commenting on the new initiative Managing Director David Saul said, "We want to make start ups and growing businesses feel confident about taking the next step on their road to success. So we are removing all the financial obstacles in their way.

We already don't charge set up fees or deposits so they can keep the capital in their business. Now we are so sure of our service and how we can support them, we're also offering businesses the option to walk away if they don't like us after 3 months".
