Trimax partners with Microsoft on a new cloud adoption program

Trimax is one of a few select SMBs chosen to participate in a Microsoft roll out of a new cloud adoption program, Microsoft 'Cloud Solution Providers (CSP). SMBs can now adopt value-added solutions and offerings tailored to their customers' needs on a pay-as-you-go model through Microsoft CSP.

Trimax today announced its partnership with Microsoft on a new cloud adoption program 'Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs)'. As part of a launch with only seven select SMBs (small to medium size businesses), Trimax can now leverage a network of Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers to create customized solutions and IT services for customers on a subscription based payment model.

The new CSP program will not only expand business opportunities and reach for both Trimax and the network of CSPs, but it will also streamline processes as the CSPs will manage customer relationships, design customized solutions integrated with Office 365 and provide easy billing and support. The subscription-based payment model of the program is also ideal for SMBs as it will reduce OpEx costs significantly.

With the adoption of the Microsoft CSP program, Trimax will be able to offer end to end unified communication solutions by integrating customers' existing products with office 365 in the following ways:

  1. Office 365 integrated with hosted exchange, Lync and SharePoint services
  2. Office 365, Hosted exchange integration with hosted Polycom Video Conferencing services
  3. Office 365 integration with Blackberry services
