TGP Enterprises, Inc. Has Successfully Settled Litigation Against Los Angeles World Airport

After four years, TGP Enterprises, Inc. dba Ecofinal/Trans Gas Propane has resolved a litigation case against Los Angeles World Airport and Los Angeles Airport Authority to the success of all parties.

TGP Enterprises, Inc. is happy to announce the successful resolution to a four year litigation case against Los Angeles World Airport and Los Angeles Airport Authority. The case was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties and the parties have come to a mutual and amicable agreement. In addition, TGP Enterprises, Inc. has secured and will continue with its service with a new five year contract with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), the airport oversight and operations department for the city of Los Angeles, California. Its headquarters are on the grounds of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

“It has been four long years and we have had many discussions with the LAX and LAWA boards, and in the end, we were able to secure an agreement with the LAWA board and Los Angeles City Attorney that was mutually beneficial to both parties,” says Albert Abkarian, senior partner at Abkarian & Associates law firm and attorney for TGP Enterprises, Inc. “I am glad to have played a part in resolving this litigation and dispute, and we will continue to represent TGP Enterprises, Inc. in other matters in California.”
