With less than 1% of African American foreign missionaries and more than 70% of all foreign missions occurring in predominantly African countries, Bethel's Global Reach was also launched with the goal of increasing the representation of American Americans in the missions' field. Since its inception, the organization has deployed over 800 African American missionaries abroad including 150 medical professionals, more than 100 professional teachers and 100 plus clergy and spiritual leaders.
President and CEO of the organization, Pastor Marcus Holman, Sr, is pleased with organization's accomplishments.
