Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc. Moves Headquarters to a 20% Larger Location in Los Angeles

Pacific Shore Holdings, manufacturers and distributors of "green products" at affordable consumer prices, has relocated into a new 30,000 square foot facility in response to increased demand for environmentally friendly products.

Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc. (PSHR) has relocated its corporate office three miles away from its former address in Chatsworth to a 20% larger building in Canoga Park, California.  The new 30,000 square foot facility is located at 8236 Remmet Ave. Canoga Park, CA 91304. The move is in response to company’s growth as well as to the public’s continued demand for “green” environmentally friendly products.  It also gives the company the ability to expand its sales force now that they have multiple distribution companies handling Thermal-Aid® and Nature-Cide®.

“We are very fortunate in experiencing this exponential growth in our eco-friendly product lines,” said Founder and CEO Mathew Mills.  “Consumers and commercial customers are demanding products that contribute to a healthier environment.  As a parent and as a businessman, I want to continue contributing by developing and marketing lines of green products, at affordable prices, that are without any toxic side effects. I’m passionate about advocating for a sustainable environment for my children and their children.”

Since 2008, Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc. has been creating and acquiring green products often backed by a patent and/or an independent study. Leading their portfolio are two diverse product lines, Thermal-Aid and Nature-Cide. The Thermal-Aid line is now plugged into multiple national distribution networks for both consumer health and the medical field including workers' comp. As the line moves into pharmacies, big box retailers, supermarkets as well as physical therapy and chiropractic offices, the company is ramping up inventory levels to meet the increasing demand.

The patented Thermal-Aid Headache Relief System, which in one study showed reduced dependence on drug therapy by 20 percent, has led to a popular children's product line, Thermal-Aid Zoo, with commercials seen on Nickelodeon, the Cartoon Network and other cable channels. These products are currently available at Ralphs Pharmacies, H-E-B, FSAStore.com, City Market, King Soopers, Cardinal Health, Meijer, Rite Aid and Bed Bath & Beyond and Target.com. Soon these products will be available in cities throughout the country and Puerto Rico.

The Nature-Cide product line was born out of Mills' and his associates' frustration with often toxic and physically offensive products, which claimed to solve pesky pest issues including bed bugs, ants, flies, spiders and cockroaches to bigger rodents and even reptiles. Research on market opportunities led to all-natural, non-toxic spray solutions offered by Nature-Cide, which are completely safe to use around children, pets and plants. Commercial products are also available for restaurants, hotels, retailers and other customer-centric businesses including hydroponic cultivation through the Nature-Cide Pest Management Service division.

Nature-Cide is listed on American Hotel Registry and used by hotel chains around the country, including Hawaii.  The product saves hotels hundreds to thousands of dollars as it can be administered by hotel staff instead of pest control professionals.  Also, the all-natural ingredients of Nature-Cide only takes the room out of inventory for a day while conventional products, sometimes using potentially harmful chemicals, can result in the affected room and possibly adjoining rooms out of circulation from a few days to more than a week. The product also repels all types of snakes, especially those dangerous to humans and pets such as rattle snakes.
