Mission Complete Summer Camp Preview Day

Alexandria, VA, June 22, 2015 (Newswire.com) - On June 22, 2015, Mission Complete will be hosting a Veterans Youth Summer Camp Preview Day at 901 North Pitt Street Alexandria, Virginia 22314 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The camp preview day is complimentary to those who RSVP to the event at rsvp@mission-complete.org. The free Preview Day will feature the Sports Camp, Book Club, Camp Wilderness, and Brain Camp. Each section of the Veterans Youth Summer Camp is designed to incorporate military themes in the groundwork.

The event offers a sneak peak of the camp and provides the opportunity for campers and their families to meet the Veteran instructors and staff, while enjoying a fun day at camp with complimentary food and drinks. There will be special guests and prominent national and local celebrity figures and elected officials attending the preview day in support of our veterans and youth community, including Miss D.C. America 2015 Haely Jardas, Miss D.C. USA 2015 Lizzy Olsen and former Redskins player Martin Chase. This unforgettable event will unify all the D.C. metropolitan families, veterans, and youth under one common cause – to generate positivity throughout the community.

Mission Complete strives to make a difference in our community, for both our veterans and youth. The goal of the Veterans Youth Summer Camp is to provide transition income for our Veterans and provide positive mentorship for the youth community.
