Judges Asks to Throw Out Conviction by the Former Restaurant Owner

Eva Christian is the former owner of restaurant in Oregon District has been served in prison for three years out of nine years prison sentence. The attorney for the former owner filed new documents with the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals Thursday. The purpose is to search to throw out her most serious felony conviction. Attorney Brock Schoenlein is trying to induce a bench of three-judge appeals court panel that his client should not have been in charge of first-degree felony charge.
