In addition to his successes at Square, Jim has helped launched several notable organizations, including LaunchCode, a non-profit enterprise that trains and places emerging engineering talent into top tier institutions, and SixThirty, a St. Louis-based FinTech Accelerator. Jim graduated from Washington University with dual degrees in Economics and Computer Science.
