Fastest Growing Company, InRhythm, Hires New COO

​InRhythm, a New York based software development firm focused on rapid delivery through lean UX, modern software engineering and agile delivery services recently added Mariya Breyter to its Leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. Mariya will be guiding crucial initiatives surrounding InRhythm’s fast paced growth. InRhythm has been named one of INC’s 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies for three years in a row.

Mariya brings 18 years of leadership experience to the InRhythm team. Her passion for creating high performance teams and delivering superior products to clients through efficient, lean processes had produced success after success in companies ranging from Big 4 consulting and Fortune 100 insurance and financial services firms to mid-sized educational and media businesses. She has a Ph.D in Computational Linguistics followed by a Post-Doctorate at Stanford University. She has built her career optimizing and improving processes and operations at multitudes of companies while keeping the primary focus on the people within those processes.

The addition of Mariya comes in the midst of a two-year period of tremendous growth for InRhythm, as demand for agile software delivery teams has been steadily increasing within enterprise companies.
