“We’ve experienced tremendous growth in the last decade and we are now partnering with brands outside the traditional exhibit space,” Rogers said.  “We felt now was the time to make these organizational changes and better support existing clients while effectively tapping new growth markets.”  According to Rogers, both McNeal and Winter will collaborate on the strategic direction of the business.

“Given our organization’s creative abilities and achievements, we have a great opportunity to deliver something new and exciting to our clients in the event and exhibit arena,” said McNeal.  “These changes put us in a strong position to take advantage of the broader face-to-face marketing landscape.”

“We have established a reputation for superior service and innovation,” said Winter.  “My expanded responsibilities will include keeping Dimension Design performing at the highest levels of quality and service for existing and expanding markets.”

Winter has a strong background in operations, including work in international operations for Teradyne Telecommunications and EMI Medical.  In addition to his operations experience, he’s worked in sales, business development and client relations at Dimension Design, Clear Communications and Wonderlic. Winter has been a professor at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in Chicago, teaching business, management, economics, finance and critical thinking.  Winter earned a Master of Business Administration degree in operations and finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saint Thomas.

McNeal has served in several roles at Dimension Design, including the last two years as head of innovation for the company -- a newly created group charged with bringing innovative thinking and new solutions to clients.  Prior to this, he was director of operations at Dimension Design, after being a senior project manager and department head at the company.  This gave him invaluable day-to-day experience working with clients.  Before coming to Dimension Design, he worked as a senior project manager for Studio Stitchers Exhibit Architecture.  McNeal is a graduate of the Chicago GSB Management Institute (CMI) program at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

Dimension Design has done unique and creative experiential work for some of the world’s most respected exhibit houses and marketing agencies and their clients, including Bud Light, GE, Samsung and TED.   Most recently, Dimension Design was instrumental in creating the Pacman maze for Bud Light’s “Up for Whatever” campaign and other elements used in commercials and events.
