Collège Boreal To Implement Dynamics CRM 2013 In Less Than Two Months Using Altus Dynamics 'Fast Start'
Multi-award winning Microsoft Partner, Altus Dynamics announces that Collège Boreal is to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 to replace their existing data management processes and using Altus Dynamics Fast Start to be live in less than 2 months
Toronto, ON, July 28, 2014 (Newswire.com) - In September of 1995 the first (and only) French language Collège in Northern Ontario, Collège Boréal, officially opened. Since then the Collège has grown and expanded – more students, more faculty, more events, etc. Up until now they have been manually managing the organization’s members, donors and event information in Microsoft Excel, which was becoming very challenging and extremely time consuming to manage. And with the new Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), it was the final push they needed to start investigating a customer relationship management system.
Collège Boréal approached Altus Dynamics in early 2014, looking for a solution that could be implemented quickly and would give them a much more efficient process at managing constituent information. They also needed a fast implementation due to the new CASL legislation coming into effect in 2014. This new legislation requires audit trails and recipient consent to be tracked through an email marketing system. Dynamics CRM 2013, with the CoreMotives add-on and the Altus Dynamics ‘Fast Start’ implementation process were selected as the right tools to satisfy these requirements.
