Bayside Financial Services Has Announced That Their Upcoming Client Induction Programme Will Be Headed Up By four Top Senior Wealth Managers

In the past, all client induction programmes have been coordinated by one or two Senior Wealth Managers, who would oversee all of the advisors involved. The decision to have four individuals head up the project has been said, by some observers, to be a sign that Bayside are looking to embark on a larger expansion than ever before.

Bayside stated that Mr James Eriksson, Ms Grace Bernhard, Mr Simon Hunter and Mr James Griffin will all be responsible for their own teams as well as taking a supervisory role over the company’s other Senior Wealth Managers. The choice of which members of staff would spearhead the programme was made by Senior Vice President of Client Relations Hiroshi Kobayashi. Mr Kobayashi said he ‘chose these four to lead, based on the merits they bring to our company’.

When asked what specific merits he had observed in each of the four, Mr Kobayashi said “Though there are many characteristics that make each and every one of our employees exceptional, we chose these people for very specific reasons. Simon Hunter was chosen because he is the embodiment of the dedication, hard work and resolve that have shaped our vision and our company.”

We picked Mr Griffin because, not only does he have our highest client retention rate, he has also polled highest in customer satisfaction surveys. We want James' approach to customers to be the adopted by all members of staff, in both the corporate and private client divisions.

Mr Kobayashi continued “We picked Mr Griffin because, not only does he have our highest client retention rate, he has also polled highest in customer satisfaction surveys. We want James’ approach to customers to be the adopted by all members of staff, in both the corporate and private client divisions.

Of Ms. Bernhard Mr Kobayashi said “Grace Bernhard was chosen for her extensive knowledge of the global financial markets. With such a wealth of experience and expertise, Grace can enlighten members of our team that would usually not have such an opportunity to expand their knowledge.”

“Last but by no means least James Eriksson was picked to lead this project as his focus on risk management and limitation is one of the core values of our private client division and one of the reasons it has been so successful. We are certain that James will lend his talents to the programme and instil some of his dedication to creating secure financial environments into all involved.” finished Kobayashi.

We have yet to receive an official statement from any of the four, yet we expect to hear from them prior to the client induction programme, which starts on 29th May.
