Wornow Legal & Advisory advised Future Tech in connection with pre-bankruptcy transactions involving Uni-Pixel and with its subsequent acquisition of Uni-Pixel’s assets in Chapter 11. Wornow Legal & Advisory continues to advise Future Tech on all matters regarding Future Tech’s business, including the development of intellectual property strategies, commercial transactions, vendor arrangements and the establishment of new manufacturing facilities in Changzhou, China. Leveraging the acquired Uni-Pixel assets, Future Tech is expected to manufacture advanced touch sensors that will enable flexible touch screens for mobile phones and portable devices.
