Worcestershire Pub Group Launches New Loyalty Scheme

Worcestershire pub group Scoff & Quaff has launched a new money-saving loyalty scheme for customers.

Regular customers of a successful group of Worcestershire pub-restaurants are set to raise their glasses at their favourite hostelries following the launch of a new loyalty card scheme.

Worcester-based Scoff & Quaff group have invested over Ј3,000 in the customer-focussed initiative, which will offer regulars savings on food and drinks.

The pub operator runs a portfolio of premises across the county with the new Loyalty Scheme available at the Crown & Sandys in Ombersley, the Ewe & Lamb in Bromsgrove, the Kings Head in Sidbury, Worcester and at the group's pubs in Cheltenham and Leamington Spa.

People in the new Loyalty Scheme, a first for the group, can sign up for the swipe-card for free where during each visit points can be accumulated equal to two per cent of their total bill. Points can be built up and redeemed at a later date.

The unveiling of the new scheme is the latest investment by Scoff & Quaff and closely follows the recent Ј70,000 overhaul of the Kings Head in Sidbury, which created 10 new jobs.

Nick Mossop, a director at Scoff & Quaff, said they are thrilled to have unveiled the new Loyalty Scheme, which he expects to be popular.

He said: "The Loyalty Scheme is about rewarding our regulars across Worcestershire - even when they travel outside of the county to our Tivoli pub in Cheltenham or The Leopard in Bishop's Tachbrook.

"We focus on giving a first-class service to our customers and great hospitality. But the new scheme aims to take things further. It will save people money and is already proving to be a hit for those who are redeeming their points when they visit for special occasions.

"The Loyalty Scheme gives customers more benefits and incentives at a time when people are rightly very selective of where they eat out and spend money.

"From a business perspective, the new scheme will also help us build more knowledge about our customers and their preferences. That will help our head chefs with planning menus - keeping favourite dishes or introducing something new."

Mr Mossop, who co-owns Scoff & Quaff with business partners Brian Hulme and Stephen Ballard, said the Loyalty Scheme will also see seasonal rewards and special offers being released at certain times of the year.
