(1) "Leadership Programme" - From Senior to Board Level. Let’s break the barriers.
When: From April 6th 2016. Quarterly evening mentor sessions
Where: Various locations in central London

For women working in the tech sector and looking to progress to a leadership position. Structur3dpeople will be running a mentoring programme in 2016 where C -level executives will be mentoring a number of individuals to help progression into leadership roles.
Each Mentee will have 4 sessions with a mentor, broken down as 1 session every quarter starting Spring 2016 through to Feb 2017. The mentor will work with the group sharing invaluable insight, institutional knowledge and provide support to help progression to leadership. The programme aims to increase self confidence, as well as helping to inspire and motivate.
This will be group mentoring with no more than 8 per group. This will be a year long journey and each individual will learn the art of networking, plus leadership skills, to forge a career path.

The mentor will provide an introduction to technology, the variety of roles, trends and how it is used in different sectors. (3) "Women in Tech Startups" - Getting tech start-ups off the ground
When: From April 6th 2016. Quarterly evening mentor sessions

The startup scene is huge right now and for women who have ideas and want to run their own tech companies, Structur3dpeople will be running a mentoring programme in 2016 to help turn that idea into a reality. Mentors will give the guidance, mindset and valuable knowledge required to run a company.
Each Mentee will have 4 sessions with a mentor, broken down as 1 session every quarter starting Spring 2016 through to Feb 2017. The mentor will work with the group, sharing invaluable insights on company values, culture, trends and markets and provide guidance on how to set up a company, whilst learning about funding, investment and growth.
