During the Grand Opening Celebration, all are welcome to enjoy the array of entertainment and a wide variety of food and drink delicacies. The North Dallas Chamber will conduct a Ribbon Cutting at 4 p.m. with local dignitaries in attendance, including Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert.
