Wikileaf Announces Appointment of Leafly Co-Founder, Cy Scott, to Its Board of Directors

One Web Services Inc. (“OWS”), the owner and operator of the cannabis price comparison website, is pleased to announce that Cy Scott will join the board of OWS.

Involved in the cannabis industry since 2010, Cy is widely respected throughout the technology and cannabis industries having created several successful businesses. Most notably, he co-founded Leafly, one of the largest cannabis websites in the world, that allows users to rate and review different strains of cannabis and dispensaries. He helped grow the company into one of the most well-respected brands in the cannabis industry and helped make Leafly the first tech acquisition in the cannabis sector.

Today, Cy is CEO of Headset Inc., a leading SaaS platform designed to help retailers, processors and growers make informed decisions about the emerging cannabis industry, based on real-time cannabis retail data. Bringing together his academics, business background and support for cannabis, Cy founded and continues to support the Seattle-area Cannabis Tech Meetup (CTM), in order to inspire entrepreneurs in the technology space to discover opportunities in the cannabis industry, making him a leader in the emerging cannabis technology sector.
