Who Will Reign At This Year's Southwest CrossFit Regionals?
Online, May 3, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The time has come to differentiate the strong from the stronger. CrossFit is a fitness routine and lifestyle that has spread like wildfire across the United States and the rest of the world. Regionals are a time for all the men and women who think they could be on their way to being the strongest in the world compete against one another to figure out who is going to make it to the finals. Regionals started on April 27th and will continue through the end of May. There are 17 regions across the world where men and women come from to compete. But we are only interested in one.
This week is the week when the southwest will be competing in regionals. The Southwest Regionals start on the 4th and will continue over the weekend. CrossFit Max Effort, a local CrossFit training facility, is sending multiple competitors into this brutal contest. Zach, co-owner of CrossFit Max Effort was ranked 12th strongest man in the world last year at these competitions and is looking to gain another title this year.
Currently Zach is 1st on the leader board of regionals where he will hope to stay. Zach not only competes and stays in top shape, but he also manages a top of the line CrossFit facility. CrossFit Max Effort is a Las Vegas gym that screams excellence. Their trainers push their participants to their full ability and help them reach their ultimate fitness goals.
Zach will face some of the strongest and most in shape men in the world during these regional competitions. Throughout the three days he will be tested of his ability, and will hopefully earn one of the three tickets to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games.
