The Board of Governors is the governing body of the AAJ (previously known as ATLA -the American Association of Trial Lawyers), and is charged with establishing and approving all Association policies, including the adoption of a three-year budget on an annual basis. Each state trial lawyer organization is represented on the board by two or more governors. Andrew Weinstein represents the Florida Justice Association on the board.
