Wattage Personal Training West Loop
Online, February 27, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Wattage is a personal training and massage therapy studio that specializes in post rehab and multi-directional sports training.
Olympic figure skater, Gracie Gold, raved about the gym on her blog:
"....Aaron recently opened a beautiful gym down in the city. It is so cool! The gym is in a renovated warehouse. The walls are beautiful old brick. It's filled with light and state-of-the-art equipment. Aaron really knows his stuff and is helping me take my fitness up a notch…."
Wattage founder, Aaron Manheimer, is honored to have worked with Gracie and with other high performance athletes. He hasn't neglected us ordinary mortals.
Aaron developed a passion for health and fitness during his years as a professional rugby player in Europe. Following his overseas career, Aaron spent five years working at AthletiCo Physical Therapy where he specialized in post rehab training. Aaron worked with clients ranging from professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL to everyday athletes. He opened Wattage to bring his unique perspective and expertise to workout enthusiasts and athletes in the Chicago area. Newcomers to personal training are also finding that Aaron and his team provide an exciting yet safety conscious introduction to physical wellness. The full-service training gym provides ideal conditions for individual goal-setting leading to optimal results.
