Most recently, Nathan was a Managing Director of Actuarial Services at Evolent Health.  He was working with provider-sponsored health plans and providers in multiple capacities including QHP pricing, IBNR reserving and value-based care initiatives. Previously, he spent 10 years at Aetna and Coventry Health Care in various roles, with a strong background in ACA risk adjustment, Medicaid and IBNR reserving. Throughout his career, he has served on leadership development and actuarial exam committees, working to develop the next generation of actuarial talent.
