Wahoo Docks Holds Its 2017 Dealer Retreat at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia
Over 40 certified Wahoo Docks dealers from across the United States came together for a meeting and year-end celebration
BRASELTON, Ga., November 16, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Wahoo Docks, the leading aluminum boat dock manufacturer in the United States, recently held its semi-annual retreat for 40 of its certified dock dealers at the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia. This biennial gathering is both a celebration of Wahoo Docks’ top-selling dealers and an opportunity for the dealers to interface with each other and company leaders to share best practices, new technology and market secrets.
Spanning the course of three days, this year’s dealer retreat kicked off with a golf tournament on The Chateau Elan golf course. Dock Dealers Tom Child (Marine Specialties Inc., Gainesville, Georgia), Kevin and Michael Nesbitt (Nesbitt’s Inc., Benton, Kentucky) and David Schnaiderman (EZ Dock of Texas, Hurst, Texas) were winners in this year’s scramble.
Along with informative meetings and leisurely activities, participants were invited to the Wahoo Docks’ headquarters in Dahlonega, Georgia. Tim Osby, CEO of Wahoo Docks, led the dealers on a tour of the expansive 70,000-square-foot building. Wahoo Docks designs and manufactures all of their products, which are distributed around the world, out of this single location. At Thursday’s dinner and award ceremony, Vice President of Sales Scott Livingston awarded the Dealer Of The Year award to dock dealer Dennis English, owner of Dockscapes in Winchester, Tennessee, for his record-breaking $2.4 million in Wahoo Docks sales for 2017.
