VT Business Products, Inc. Announces Name Change to House of Jane, Inc.

Names Thomas Quigley as Chief Executive Officer of House of Jane, LLC Changes to a Nevada Corporation

VT Business Products, Inc. (the “Company”), announced today that it has changed its name to House of Jane, Inc. to better reflect its new business plan. On November 30, 2018, the Company acquired all the intellectual property related to the “House of Jane™” brand (“HOJ”) including all promotional materials, designs and websites, trademarks, proprietary formulations, recipes, and trade secrets of HOJ’s CBD infused powders, tinctures, coffees, teas, and energy products (together the “HOJ Assets”).

The Company also announced that Thomas Quigley has been named Chief Executive Officer of its newly formed operating subsidiary, House of Jane, LLC, which holds the HOJ Assets. Mr. Quigley has extensive experience in brand development and marketing in the legal cannabis industry and has raised capital, founded ventures, and advised numerous cannabis businesses. From 2014 to 2018, he was CEO and Founder of The Florida Cannabis Coalition, a membership-driven industry association hosting educational events for the Legal Cannabis Industry. Prior to this, he was Founding Partner and CEO of Krush Communications, which grew from a start-up into a $25 million telecom enterprise that was acquired in late 2013. Krush licensed the California legacy brand “Homies” building national distribution through independent distributors and chain retail accounts.

“We are excited to have Tom accept a leadership position with House of Jane, LLC,” said the Company’s President, Frederic J. Buonincontri. “Tom’s business leadership experience, combined with the network he has built through involvement with The ArcView Network, Canopy Boulder and The Florida Cannabis Coalition makes him an ideal leader for our emerging Hemp-derived CBD brand.”

“I am thrilled with the opportunity to lead the House of Jane™ initiative,” stated the newly-named CEO of House of Jane, LLC. “I share Rick’s vision that the time is right to create a national brand. Cannabis and Hemp are commodities. There are very few legacy brands in this industry. The House of Jane™ intellectual property and brand is a great foundation to accelerate this strategy. I am truly honored to be able to apply my experience and skill set into national and international expansion.”

The Company also announced that it has changed to a Nevada corporation. Nevada has adopted comprehensive, modern, and flexible corporate statutes (very similar to those in effect in Delaware) which the Company believes provides better corporate governance.

About the Company. The Company will promote its House of Jane™ brands nationally and sell its federally legal Hemp-derived CBD products via online, health stores and other distribution channels. The Company will also seek to add to its brand portfolio through acquisition and/or licensing arrangements. The Company has offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Riverview, Florida.
