Trifecta Med Spa is proud and excited to announce the newest service to be added to their long list of current treatments – Juvederm Vollure dermal filler.

Juvederm Vollure is primarily used for smoothing nasolabial folds ( known as “smile lines” or “laugh lines”) that run from the side of the nose to the corners of one’s mouth.

One of the advantages of Juvederm Vollure is that it features a new type of cross-linking, which will last longer than current fillers.

Juvederm Vollure gives fantastic results up to 18 months after the initial injection. It is one of the longest lasting fillers on the market anywhere in the world, and has achieved fantastic results from clinical trials.

Known in Europe previously as Juvederm Volift, Vollure was recently FDA cleared to be offered in the USA, for patients who are aiming to rid themselves of nasolabial folders. Allergan are the company who offer this highly efficient form of filler, the name behind such big hitters in the industry as Juvederm and Botox

From April 2017 Trifecta Med Spa will be offering this revolutionary and highly effective filler in all all their New York locations.

Consisting of Hyaluronic Acid, which naturally occurs within the body, and Lidocaine, for anesthetic purposes, Juvederm Vollure works to reduce wrinkles and lines, while also reducing pain and discomfort which comes from injections. It’s worth noting that the results of studies have been hugely impressive, with 59% of patients taking part in a study reporting a huge improvement in nasolabial folds.

Juvederm Vollure is injected into the area you want to reduce effects within, and works to add volume and ‘fill in’ any wrinkles or lines which have formed. The substance combines Lidocaine and Vycross technology, which works to combine together several different molecular weights of the naturally occurring Hyaluronic Acid – this is what gives the treatment it’s longevity in terms of results.

Side effects are minimal, and should resolve totally within one week. The main reported side effects include swelling, slight bruising, tenderness, lumps or bumps at the injection site, firmness in the area, itching, slight discoloration, and a little pain. These effects should not be severe.

We are proud and excited to offer this high impact, highly effective, and long lasting service for the residents of New York City. Vollure aims to rid the self-confidence issues which lines and wrinkles can bring, helping to bring a smile to the faces of those who choose to embark upon its course.
