vinSUITE to Host a Road Show Series, Featuring DTC Expert Matt Wood
Napa, California, March 1, 2017 (Newswire.com) - vinSUITE, the leader in direct-to-consumer wine business software, is excited to announce that they will be hosting an event series across the U.S. to help teach wineries about The Customer Journey. vinSUITE Presents: The Customer Journey, featuring Matt Wood launches on March 14th at Reynolds Family Vineyards in Napa, Calif.
This road show will be making eight stops across the country, from California to Virginia, giving wineries an inside look into how understanding the customer journey will create immediate growth for their businesses.
vinSUITE experts will lead a discussion on the customer journey, with keynote Matt Wood, answering five critical questions for wineries of all shapes and sizes:

About Matt Wood: Matt has had a successful career in the wine industry focusing mainly on DTC sales, but latterly managing all operations of two of the largest wineries in Napa. Matt managed all aspects of DTC for Constellation brands, and was Estate Director of Domaine Chandon. He’s well known in the industry for his innovative approach to the DTC business. He developed several concepts that are now considered standard industry practice, such as multiple club levels, events in market and telemarketing, amongst others.
