VetNaturally Set to Break Ground With New Holistic Lifestyle Center for Pets

An upscale alternative to traditional veterinary clinics, VetNaturally will break ground to build a holistic lifestyle center for pets in Mandeville, Louisiana, March 8. The new facility will be the first of its kind, offering services such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, food therapy, canine rehab and pet spa.

The ceremony is set to begin at 10 a.m. at 123 Girod Street in Mandeville. Ashley Geoghegan, DVM, CVA, CVFT, CVCH, also known as Dr. G, invites the public and their four-legged friends to join her team as they break ground – complete with glitter shovels for digging. Additionally, she is serving PJ’s Coffee and light hors d'oeuvres for her supporters, along with organic holistic dog treats for pets to enjoy.

VetNaturally will offer a luxurious option for pet parents to promote healthy long lives through a holistic approach. The new medical spa for pets will support balance and wellbeing, ensuring pets experience full appreciation for making life’s bumps easier and celebrations that much better.

“I have dreamed about this business for years,” Dr. G said. “We’re not setting the standard – we’re redefining it. Our animals bring us such joy, and this medical pet spa will allow them to experience a calm environment so they have peace and sanctuary. This soothing atmosphere and our products will rejuvenate them and positively influence their health, often extending their lifetimes and always promoting quality of life. We look forward to working with pets’ family veterinarians to provide a full-term approach to pet care.”

Since achieving all the necessary certifications, Dr. G has incubated her practice at Mandeville Animal Hospital, educating her patients’ people on the advantages of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine and its holistic approach. With a full schedule of patients and the need for more space to grow, Dr. G knew it was time to answer her four-legged friends’ needs in a bigger facility.

“My patients’ families expect a level of care that mirrors their high-profile lifestyles,” Dr. G said. “This will indeed become the premier veterinary medicine facility in Mandeville. We have one focus – to provide long and happy lives for our patients through natural medicine. With organic foods, treatments and determination, our team will give pet families the best in care. We also will provide education along with our recommendations so pet families are confident and comfortable with VetNaturally.”

Dr. G has spared no potential experience for her patients. Contracting with Greenleaf Lawson Architects, her new practice will include the innovative medical spa, canine rehabilitation, daycare services and an upscale environment for patients and their families.

In fast-paced lives, pets offer a soft place to fall and a warm welcome home. They truly care about their people’s bad days, and they will do anything to make them better. And every time … they do. With respect to shining new services for pets and their families, Dr. G will break ground with glitter-covered shovels at 10 a.m. March 8 at 123 Girod Street in Mandeville. Dr. G invites pet families to attend and asks that the four-legged family members arrive on leashes for their safety and that of the other pets and patients in attendance.
