Verizon LG Intuition Review
Online, October 12, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The newest large phone on the market, the LG Intuition is considered a "phablet" or "tabphone". Built for those who don't want to carry around a tablet and a phone, it has a 5 inch screen and measuring 5.5 by 3.56 by 0.33. While the user will probably need both hands to use it effectively, it's very fast and efficient. The screen is the selling point. The Intuition has a 5 inch screen with a 768x1024 pixel resolution IPS-LCD display. The display may seem weird to some because it has a 4:3 ratio, which LG claims is the most common ratio for print material, so it is more natural to read information online. Colors are deep and saturated, details are crisp and clear. It has 650 nites of brightness, helping the viewing angles and making it easy to use in sunlight.
Preloaded with Android 4.0 ICS and LG UI, it's ready for any apps and is easy to customize. Most sites with a lot of content fit naturally on the screen. Some videos may have black bars below and above them and some apps need a third party app to resize them properly. On the top of the phone is a button called the QuickClip - this allows the user to take a screenshot and share it easily.
