Vanessa Perez From VP Law Teams Up With Ruben Dario Middle School to Give Away Backpacks to Those Who Need It Most

MIAMI, August 31, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Aug. 23, 2021, was the first day of school for many students in Dade County, and Ruben Dario Middle School was no different. With an excited school faculty ready to get the new school year kick-started and the expectation of a bustling new graduating class ready to start middle school, VP Law's founder Vanessa Perez and her team visited Ruben Dario Middle School to offer their support and a lending hand by providing and giving away 400 backpacks to middle schoolers.
The event took place in the Ruben Dario's Middle School Auditorium, where hundreds of students jammed packed the auditorium to hear, meet and speak to Vanessa Perez, founder and Personal Injury Lawyer at VP Law. Hundreds of well-deserving students received backpacks, including students of the Bryant Art Foundation and the Ruben Dario Night School program. The event was a great success and was positively received by numerous faculty members, including Dr. Verona McCarthy school Principal and Ms. Angela Torrens school Vice Principal.
Sweetwater Commissioner Marcos Villanueva, who supported the backpack initiative, was quoted as saying: "The backpack giveaway and talks given at Ruben Dario to new middle schoolers by Vanessa Perez and her team was inspiring. In attendance at the event were Sweet Water Commissioner Marcos Villanueva and Idania Llanio, who also helped put together this very special event. Also in attendance was Office Manager for VP Law Gabriela Richmond and staff volunteer Tiffany Richmond.
