Valor Communication Acquires MyCoolCell, a Prominent Wireless Accessory Distributor
CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., May 12, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Valor Communication, one of the largest manufacturers of accessories in the wireless industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of MyCoolCell, a prominent distributor established in 2000 who services thousands of wireless retailers nationwide. The negotiations and agreements initiated at the start of 2020 and concluded on April 13.
The Founder and CEO of MyCoolCell, Albert Bitar, will serve as the CEO of both organizations in discussion. This is a milestone for both Valor Communication and MyCoolCell to join forces in an effort to revolutionize the wireless industry.
