The luncheon program is designed to provide a brief overview of the three most common types of bankruptcy cases filed by individuals and businesses, Chapters 7, 11 and 13. They will cover certain tax and related issues that arise frequently in bankruptcy cases, and tax planning associated with bankruptcy.
