Utah Jazz Star Derrick Favors & Papa John's Celebrate World Kindness Day!
Derrick Favors, the kindhearted star forward with the Utah Jazz teams up with longtime community partner Papa John's to perform random acts of kindness in celebration of World Kindness Day on Friday, November 13th.

Favors and Papa John’s will surprise several organizations in the Salt Lake City community with free pizza deliveries. The companies selected consistently support the citizens of Utah and positively impact the community. Recipients of Friday’s acts of kindness include Ronald McDonald House Charities, University of Utah NICU staff, the Utah Food Bank and the Young Men’s Transitional Home.

Favors’ feel good initiative #FridayFavors launched in September as a means to encourage social change and impact the future through the power of kindness. About Derrick Favors: The Georgia native is a starting forward/center in his sixth NBA season with the Utah Jazz. He was the No. 3 pick in the 2010 NBA Draft from Georgia Tech and was selected to the 2011 NBA All-Rookie Second Team.
