Homeowners simply upload five photos of their home to the program webpage, focusing on rooms in which people typically spend the most time. Urban Properties then corresponds by email with the homeowner to schedule a virtual appointment. The virtual appointment saves homeowners time by allowing them to meet from anywhere that has an internet connection such as at home or in the office. At the arranged meeting time, the homeowner sits down at their computer for the video conference call with a Real Estate Broker who walks the homeowner through each of the submitted photos. The Real Estate Broker provides introductory advice regarding potential repairs, staging ideas, or prioritizing updates in the hopes of helping the seller save time and money.
