Urban Magazine Seeks up and coming Models to Feature in Monthly Campaign
Online, July 14, 2010 (Newswire.com) - ATLANTA, July 14, 2010- Urban Belle Magazine, an online magazine for women of color, is launching a new contest that will select up and coming models to feature in the magazine each month. Models selected will represent the ideals of the magazine, and prove that beautiful women can also be intelligent, successful, and role models to their surrounding communities.
Contestants must be either women who are college students with a GPA of at least a 3.0 and involved in extracurricular activities or college graduates who are thriving in their careers, and take an interest in their communities. Applicants must submit their bios to belleofthemonth@urbanbellemag.com. The bio must be detailed and highlight accomplishments as well as goals. Contestants must also join/like the magazine's Facebook fan page and upload a picture of themselves to the page by July 31st at midnight when the contest ends.
The winners of the magazine will receive a spotlight in the magazine with their bio and photos. The first winner will be picked on August 6th.
