'UNFORGETTABLE': Magician Thomas Poole Set to Unveil Harry Houdini-Inspired Underwater Escape at Mesa's Digital Drive-in on Sept. 11-13
PHOENIX, July 29, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Nationally renowned and Arizona’s own magician and entertainer Thomas Poole will perform three “UNFORGETTABLE” live shows at Mesa’s Digital Drive-In at 7 p.m. on Sept. 11-13, culminating each night in a spectacular Harry Houdini-Inspired Underwater Escape. Thomas Poole specializes in close-up card magic - and there will be plenty of that, as he travels from car to car with a videographer so everyone sees the performance. Near the end of the 90-minute performance, he will don a straight jacket and head into a tank of water, where he will have just a few minutes to escape, delighting the crowd. Throughout the night there will be plenty more UNFORGETTABLE tricks and experiences for fans of all ages.
Poole, who has practiced his craft six hours a day for the last three years, has performed corporate events for such clients as Apple, Paychex, the Cincinnati Reds & the Minnesota Wild. He believes that the key component to magic, and any performance, is to entertain people and to make them feel good about themselves. The tricks are secondary - what’s more important is that people will feel the thrill of experiencing something “impossible” in front of their own eyes.
