The employees of Ugur Companies Group who successfully completed the "Leadership and Coaching" programme carried out jointly with AIM Consulting and Coaching Services were granted their certificates.
AYDIN, Turkey, January 28, 2016 (Newswire.com) - The employees of Ugur Companies Group who successfully completed the “Leadership and Coaching” programme carried out jointly with AIM Consulting and Coaching Services were granted their certificates.
At the end of six day session in the company headquarters located in Nazilli, 16 director candidates were given training about theoretical and current organizational practices regarding management, leadership and coaching. During the classes, role playing was practiced and personal development opportunities were emphasized for participants whose personality inventory and leadership approach were determined.
