TVR Communications Appoints David Bennett as Chief Executive Officer

Bennett has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bennett will oversee company operations, including technology, product strategy and development, as well as professional services.

Mr. Bennett has worked in numerous executive roles at such organizations as StayWell, one of the nation’s largest patient engagement and health education companies. He served as StayWell’s Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. After five successful years at StayWell, he joined the GetWellNetwork as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He later was appointed to the role of Chief Innovation Officer where he led the company’s innovation initiatives in strategy, technology, and operations for several years. Mr. Bennett later served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ViiMed, a provider of a SaaS-based telehealth and care coordination platform.
Bennett received his B.S. from the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, S.C. He also attended The Citadel - The Military College of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. In addition, Bennett is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), The American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He also holds a CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certification from ISACA.
