True Telecom based in Kent, UK was launched in early 2013 and is one of the newest telecoms’ service providers that has been catapulted into the marketplace.

True Telecom is enjoying particular growth in its SME business customer base because it offers a range of line rental and call-plan packages that can be structured to best befit individual customer’s specific needs and circumstances. The company succeeds in doing so by offering a raft of competitive packages coupled with a straightforward and seamless changeover process which still utilizes the now long-established telecommunications infrastructure. In addition, True Telecom offers a range of competitive, top-quality broadband and mobile packages, to reduce business overheads substantially, and prides itself on providing excellent, UK based, after-sales care and customer support.

To provide essential increased capacity to facilitate this continuing expansion, True Telecom is forging ahead with the acquisition of new premises closer to the capital, whilst still retaining its Maidstone based operations. The new offices will be needed to accommodate a predicted fivefold increase in its workforce, from a current 100 to around some 300 employees by the end of 2014.
