Trimble Adds ISE's Hours of Service and DVIR Applications to Its Field Service Management Solutions
ISE's eFleetSuite compliance application allows Trimble Field Service Management customers to easily and accurately comply with Hours of Service and DVIR regulations
Coralville, Iowa, February 16, 2016 (Newswire.com) - ISE Fleet Services announced that Trimble has added ISE’s Android eFleetSuite compliance application to its field service management (FSM) solutions. eFleetSuite, now part of Trimble’s FieldMaster Logs, empowers customers to paperlessly comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations specified Part 395.15 for Hours of Service and Parts 396.11 and .13 for equipment inspections.
Designed with intuitive driver and dispatcher interfaces, eFleetSuite applications improve regulatory compliance as well as fleet productivity. The in-vehicle application automates creation of records of duty status as well as prompts for equipment inspections at appropriate times. Fleet managers utilize the eFleetSuite web applications for real time and compliance monitoring and resource management. Managers can review driver logs, edit logs as appropriate and use the real-time information to enable better resource utilization. Mechanics are able to receive notification of equipment defects and can certify repairs using the web interface.
