“We have the privilege of representing prominent MLB teams,” Paul said. “We also recently signed a promotional campaign with the NYC Football club."

“Sports is a language that a lot of people can relate to,” Paul said. “Whether someone played sports in the past or just loves watching them, it’s familiar in some capacity. Not to mention- it’s sexy.”

Paul elaborated on how the sports related clientele attracts job seekers who tend to be a great fit for the Management Training Program offered at Tri State Sports. He mentioned how those candidates primarily demonstrate the qualities of being competitive, hard working, team oriented and persistent.

“Beyond the upside of attracting top talent, working closely with professional sports teams provides financial opportunities even at the entry level,” Paul said. “The majority of Account Executives starting out make about $40K annually and our top entry level representatives bring in $1K to $1.5K per week: an annual equivalent of $57K to $70K.”

In addition to drawing in qualified team members and the monetary benefits of working with these clients, Paul emphasized the impact that it has on the company culture.

“Having free access to all of the MLB games opens the door for building relationships with my team and networking,” Paul said. “It’s so valuable to be able to kick back and enjoy time with everyone outside of work.”

“Recently, we also attended an orientation at Citi Field Stadium where we were given a full stadium tour and met with the executives who work on their behalf,” Paul said. “We will have the same opportunity at Yankee Stadium, and being able to visualize the seats offered in the promotions enhances the training for our team.”

“Our clients equally love working with us because of our results,” Paul said. “We brought in $2.7 million in sales in 20 weeks last season, and our goal for this season is to sell $600,000.00 in commission to pay out our sales representatives within a 16-week period.”

“Although we love our current clients, we want to continue adding to our repertoire,” Paul said. “Moving forward, we are aggressively pursuing clients in the Philadelphia area!”
