Travel Trolley Adds 'My Booking' Tab to Its Website for Online Download of E-Tickets
Online, April 27, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Travel Trolley, a Southall Travel Group company and a popular online travel agency, has integrated a brand new 'My Booking' tab on its website www.traveltrolley.co.uk, allowing customers to retrieve their electronic tickets online. The option will add to the convenience of the Travel Trolley's customers who can now view and download their e-tickets directly from company's website. The option will soon be available on the recently launched mobile website of Travel Trolley that will allow travellers to access their bookings on the move, anytime and anywhere.
The new 'My Booking' button can be located on the right-hand side of the website's yellow menu bar. When clicked, the user is prompted to enter the passenger's last name (as per the passport) and the booking reference number which was generated at the time of booking. The two fields are mandatory to fill and clicking 'submit' generates a copy of the e-ticket immediately for use by the traveller. The e-ticket is supplied in a PDF format and can be saved, shared or printed for future reference or for check-in at the airport counter.
Travel Trolley's latest online feature is aimed at providing an enriching customer experience by offering greater flexibility, convenience and efficiency. Customers can now download their e-tickets containing all flight information - departure and arrival times, flight numbers, terminals, stopovers - as well as the baggage allowance at the click of a button.

Electronic tickets are issued in up to 48 hours after the booking has been confirmed and travellers can accordingly retrieve them online.
