SOUTHLAKE, Texas, June 22, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Transition Capital Partners (TCP), a Southlake, Texas-based private equity firm founded in 1993, is pleased to announce an investment in Petroflex North America (Petroflex), headquartered in Gainesville, Texas. TCP partnered with the Petroflex management team to support the company's continued growth in the plastic pipe industry. The Petroflex investment marks TCP's sixth partnership with Plexus Capital, who provided debt and a portion of the equity capital. Infinity Capital Partners represented the Petroflex shareholders in the transaction.
