Transition Capital Partners (TCP), a Southlake, Texas-based private equity firm founded in 1993, is pleased to announce an investment in Petroflex North America (Petroflex), headquartered in Gainesville, Texas. TCP partnered with the Petroflex management team to support the company's continued growth in the plastic pipe industry. The Petroflex investment marks TCP's sixth partnership with Plexus Capital, who provided debt and a portion of the equity capital. Infinity Capital Partners represented the Petroflex shareholders in the transaction.

"Petroflex is a Texas-based company, and we're proud to be partnering with a Texas-based private equity firm that will not only support our continued growth, but also appreciates the importance of our family-oriented culture, and our steadfast commitment to our team, our customers and our community," said Mitchell Shauf, CEO of Petroflex.

"We are very proud to partner with the Petroflex team and support yet another growing Texas-based family-owned business," said Andy Foskey, managing partner at TCP. "We look forward to working with the management team to support the company's continued growth and its longstanding commitment to quality, people and community."
