Toshiba America Information Systems Inc., Telecommunication Systems Division (Toshiba —www.telecom.toshiba.com) announced the launch of its "Trade Up with Toshiba" program, which enables users of legacy Toshiba business telephone systems to trade up to newer Toshiba business telephone systems and take advantage of robust VoIP applications. Users of Toshiba's Strata® DK, Strata CTX and Strata CIX™ systems can trade up to VIPedge™ cloud-based business telephone solution as well as Toshiba'sIPedge® and Strata CIX670 on-premises business telephone systems. Available through select Authorized Toshiba Dealers, the "Trade up With Toshiba" promotion runs through March 31, 2014.

The 'Trade Up with Toshiba' program gives existing Toshiba customers the opportunity to trade in their legacy Toshiba business telephone systems for affordable new systems, empowering them to choose newer, application-rich systems that are right for them today," said Brian Metherell, vice president and general manager of Toshiba America Information Systems Inc., Telecommunication Systems Division.

There are three ways for Toshiba customers to trade up their older Toshiba systems to a new Toshiba on-premises or cloud-based telephone system:

**Trade Up To VIPedge Cloud-Based Telephone Solution!

1. For current Toshiba Strata® DK/CTX/CIX customers that want to Trade Up to and purchase VIPedge™!

2. From November 1, 2013 - March 31, 2014, receive a FREE telephone (model# IP5531-SDL) for each Toshiba EKT, DKT or IPT1000/2000 series phone traded in.

3. Total number of phones traded in cannot exceed the total number of VIPedge Standard Users on original order by Customer. Customer is required to keep the VIPedge service active for each VIPedge Standard User on original order for the entire two (2) year service term.

4. Promotional offer runs from November 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014.

**Trade Up to IPedge On-Premise Pure-IP Telephone System!

1. For current Toshiba DK/CTX/CIX customers that wish to Trade Up to and purchase Toshiba Ipedge®

2. For each Toshiba EKT, DKT or IPT1000/2000 series phone traded in,** receive up to a 50%2 Discount off the purchase price of an IPedge User License with Call Manager Standard (I-USR-STD-EC, I-USR-STD-EM, I-USR-STD-EP)

3. Total phones traded in cannot exceed the number of purchased Toshiba IP Phones and corresponding IPedge User License.

4. Promotional offer runs from November 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014.

**Trade Up To Strata CIX670 On-Premise Converged-IP Telephone System!

1. For current Toshiba DK/CTX/CIX customers wishing to Trade Up to and purchase Strata® CIX™670 R5 & App Server!

2. Receive a $50 credit for each Toshiba EKT, DKT or IPT1000/2000 series phone traded** in towards the purchase of a new 10 or 20 button Toshiba DP5000 phone.

3. Total phones traded in cannot exceed the number of digital phones purchased. This promotion requires the purchase of new digital station cards with sufficient ports to support the number of digital phones ordered.
