Toys for Tots Selects Atlanta Hobby as an Official 2019 Drop Site
CUMMING, Ga., November 27, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Atlanta Hobby, the USA’s most respected hobby, toy, science, S.T.E.M., and UAV supplier, announces its involvement as an official drop off site for the 2019 Toys For Tots program.
Beginning today, anyone interested in participating in this year's Toys For Tots campaign can do so by dropping unwrapped gifts off at the new Atlanta Hobby location in Cumming, GA.
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys in October, November, and December of each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in communities across the United States. The organization’s goal is to deliver a message of hope by helping those children experience the joy of Christmas. By doing so, the organization hopes to also assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens. Additionally, Toys for Tots works to unite all members of local communities around a common cause over a three-month period for the annual toy collection and distribution campaign and contribute to improving communities in the future.
